Worst customer support This is the worst platform with grossly incompetent people sitting in the customer support team. After being frustrated by hidden information on trading charges, I have now been trying to transfer out my assets for months. However, my request has still not been executed. Even after repeated requests and complaints, they start and stop the 'transfer out' process on their own without even consulting me! Horrible experience, please avoid at all costs.
