🟠 NordFX Crypto Weekly: Bitcoin’s Q4 Liquidity Test Q3 is ending with an unusual combination: a stronger dollar, soaring bond yields – and bitcoin still sitting on a spectacular quarterly gain. 👀 ₿ Bitcoin enters Q4 near $83K Bitcoin is heading towards a 40%+ gain in Q3, its best quarter since Q4 2024. But momentum has cooled as rising US yields and a stronger dollar tighten financial conditions. 💵 PCE is today’s big test US PCE inflation lands today. The US 10-year yield has touched 5.29%, its highest since 2007, while the dollar is heading for its strongest month since June. A hot PCE reading could reinforce higher-for-longer expectations; softer inflation could give crypto some breathing room. 💰 ETF money keeps flowing US spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted $2.4bn last week – their biggest weekly inflow since October 2025. Ether ETFs added about $690m, while Solana funds recorded a record $86.7m daily inflow on Friday. Institutional demand clearly hasn’t disappeared. 🏛️ Crypto meets Washington The Fed proposed new stablecoin rules under the GENIUS Act. Meanwhile, a US Senate Democratic investigation put Tether in the spotlight over USDT’s alleged role in Iran’s sanctions-evasion networks. Tether says it has helped freeze nearly $550m in Iran-linked USDT this year. 🐋 Strategy keeps stacking Strategy bought another 1,665 BTC for $142.7m, taking its holdings to a record 847,666 BTC. 🤯 Fun fact of the week A bitcoin wallet woke up after more than four years and moved almost 4,500 BTC – around $380m – in one transaction on September 25. The remarkable part? Moving roughly $380m reportedly cost just $1.10 in network fees. The coins went to a new wallet, not a known exchange address. 🔎 What matters for Q4? Watch PCE → dollar → Treasury yields → ETF flows. Bitcoin has survived a dramatic rise in yields so far. Q4 will show whether institutional inflows are strong enough to keep absorb

🗣 NordFX Speak Forex: What Does “Capitulation” Really Look Like? Bond yields at multi-decade highs. Oil swinging. Gold under pressure. Stocks nervous. 📉⚡ Is this capitulation? Not necessarily. Capitulation is when traders stop asking, “Should I sell?” and start shouting, “Just get me out.” 😱 It often comes with: 🔻 Accelerating price declines 📊 Exploding volume ⚡ Extreme volatility 💥 Forced liquidations 😨 Fear overwhelming almost everything else Here’s the twist: capitulation can appear near major lows, as selling pressure becomes exhausted and a sharp rebound may follow. But capitulation ≠ confirmed bottom. Markets can always find another floor below. 💡 Speak Forex: When everyone rushes for the exit, watch what price does next.
