During the period from 19:05 to 21:25 (UTC+8) on March 25, 2024, the COPYTRADE service experienced an unexpected issue. This issue resulted in subscribers' accounts receiving duplicated order information from signal accounts, which led to repeated opening of positions. We have taken necessary measures to fix the problem, and the trading service has been restored to normal operation.
Please be informed that the duplicate opening orders will need to be manually closed. You may choose to handle these orders based on your personal risk preference or consider closing them at the reference exit points of the signal orders.
