Citing them here because as of 4 July – Britons have been allowed to go to Pubs in most places in the UK. Meanwhile in the big US of A, it was the Independence Day celebration over the 4th of July. In comparison, when we look at these two big superpowers – we see a steady decline of Covid cases in UK which prompted a further loosening of movements whilst the US has been hailed as loosening lockdowns too early which is reflected in a surge of increased covid 19 cases. How will these factor into the GBP/USD pattern over the short term?
